International Film Festivals
Once a film has been shot and edited, people need to discover its story and fall in love with it. International Film Festivals, like Cannes, Venice, Sundance and Toronto, are designed and equipped to showcase films to buyers, distributors and agents. But its not all formal business meetings. Valuable publicity and industry awareness is gained from the social events, premiers and film parties, where people from all creative and business aspects of a film meet and make deals.

Press All a production team's hard work, attendance at festivals, red carpet attendance and event invitations amount to nothing (except rather good fun) if the stories and photographs are not published in press releases, news articles, TV interviews and specialist or celebrity social media. The Press is a film's golden ticket to wider public exposure and a new fan base. A large international press corp is always in attendance at film festivals and these are some of the most important relationships nurtured by production teams. |
Red Carpet Premieres
Ah yes, the glamorous bit. Have you ever tired to co-ordinate half a dozen gorgeous (but slightly vain) actors and crew to all be ready at the same time to take the limousine and then be photographed by hundreds of cameras as they walk exactly 65m into a theatre? Its one of the crazier things about this industry but also a real treat to dress up and enjoy a new movie with great friends! Red carpet premieres provide the magic (and the perfect press opportunity) and no festival would be complete without them. |
Publicity Gallery
Hedda Gabler premieres in Olso at the International Ibsen Festival. Cast and crew walk the red carpet and participate in interviews, a closed press conference and a party at the Opera House.
Attenting events and film premieres at the Cannes and British Film Festivals, the Cannes Fashion Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix
